Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation request
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service, the Customer may request the cancellation of reserved items ("Item") and/or the refund of an Item reserved at Weelify.
1.2 Before requesting a refund from us, we encourage you to contact us at email@example.com.
1.3 As a Weelify customer, you can request a refund at any time up to 1 week prior to the pick-up date/entry date. After this period and up to 48 hours before the pick-up/entry date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded, after this time you will lose the right to receive 100% of the reservation amount.
1.4 The customer can request a refund when "The item is not significantly as described" is defined when the service provider has delivered to the customer an item that does not conform to the agreed specifications or are of equivalent or superior use and characteristics.
2.1. We will do our best to facilitate the seller's refund. If the Seller refuses to comply or has taken an unreasonable amount of time (more than 2 weeks) to make a refund, we encourage our customers to use the chargeback option. If you need assistance with this, please contact us.
